THE MINI BAR BOX

I tisdags eftermiddag satt jag och skålade med bejb på ett plan till Nice. Skulle mer än gärna spola tillbaka till det ögonblicket just nu! Är det inte märkligt att det bästa med resor ofta är förberedelserna och resan dit, när alla förväntningar ligger i luften?

Innehållet i glasen bestod av Gin Tonics från The Botanist’s mini bar box, det var nämligen de som bjöd oss på denna lilla mini-semester för att visa hur nice detta lilla GT-kit är. Lådan innehåller en liten flaska The Botanist gin, en fevertree tonic, naturlig hallon och ros-smaksättning samt en påse ingefärsgodisar. Alla smakerna är valda för att passa perfekt tillsammans, vilket de verkligen gör! Mycket roligare än en plain GT om ni frågar mig (sry not sry traditionella GT-dyrkare).
Dessa lådor går att beställa på flera Norwegian-flygningar just nu, och går precis lika bra att dricka på planet som att ge bort i present eller ta med på en liten picknick (vilket vi gjorde på onsdagen i Nice, då vi tog med oss en liten box till stranden)

Last Tuesday afternoon I was cheering on a plane to Nice together with S. Would be more than happy to turn back time to that moment! Isn’t it strange that the best part of a travel often is the preparation and the journey there, when all expectations still lies in the air?

The liquid in our glasses consisted of Gin Tonics from The Botanist’s Mini Bar Box. They invited us on this little mini-vacation to show us how nice this little GT kit is. The box contains a small bottle of The Botanist gin, a fevertree tonic, raspberry rose botanicals and a little bag of ginger snacks. All the flavors are picked out to fit perfectly together, which they really do! Much more interesting than a plain Gin Tonic if you ask me.

These boxes can be ordered on several Norwegian flights right now, and are just as good to drink on the plane as giving away as a present or bringing a picnic (like we did in Nice when we brought a box to the beach)

Landade på hemmaplan igårkväll efter en liten avstickare till Stockholm på vägen hem från vår Nice-resa. Vaknade upp med bihåleinflammation idag. Jag kan i alla fall tacka gudarna för att den bröt ut just idag och inte under vår semester eller nästa helg, då jag fyller år. Ska kurera mig till maximum hela dagen idag så jag orkar gå till jobbet imorgon. Puss!

Landed in Berlin last night after a small detour to Stockholm on our way from our Nice trip. Woke up with sinusitis today. But from the bright side, I can thank the gods that it broke out today and not during our vacation or during next weekend, when it’s my birthday. I’ll try to cure myself to the maximum all day today so I can go to work tomorrow. Kisses!
