Whoopwhoop kompisar! Jag vet inte om ni minns plåtningen med got2b jag gjorde i Hamburg i höstas (den då jag av misstag färgade håret blått dagen innan, hehe), men nu är det i alla fall dags att kicka igång kampanjen vi plåtade för då. Detta kommer att innebära massor av kul här på bloggen, framförallt massa hår och frisyrtips!

Sum2016 visade sig bli en riktig festivalsommar, två festivaler är avklarade men den sista och största är kvar: Way out west! Och jag har roliga nyheter för er som vill gå: I samarbete med got2b lottar jag nämligen ut två biljetter till WOW, 11-13:e augusti i härliga götet. Whoopwhoop buddies! I’m not sure if you remember the shoot with got2b I did in Hamburg last fall, but now it’s time to FINALLY kick off the campaign we took pictures for. This will involve a lot of fun here on the blog, especially a lot of hair styling tips!

Sum2016 turned out to be a real festival summer, I’ve already gone to two great festivals but the last and largest still awaits: Way Out West! And I have great news for those who want to go: In collaboration with got2b I raffeling out two tickets to Way out West, 11-13th August in my soon-to-be hometown Gothenburg. All you need to do to have the chance to win is to go to @got2bse on Instagram and follow the instructions.

Eftersom WOW inte bara är en festival fylld av grym musik utan även ett festival-stil-inspirations-mecka har jag redan börjat spåna lite på olika looks. I frisyr-väg är lösa flätor en riktigt hit, knäppte dessa bilder imorse då jag testade göra en variant med flera små tunna 90’s-inspirerade flätor som nästan smälter in lite i håret på ett schysst sätt. Mitt problem är dock alltid att flätorna har en tendens att glida isär under dagens gång, speciellt på en festival där man gärna hoppar runt och dansar. Well, denna gång kommer det inte vara några problem! Jag har nämligen fått testa got2b’s “made for mess”-kollektion, och älskar den. De gör att håret blir strävt och lättarbetat utan att ge en för frizzig look eller att göra frisyren för stel. Big like!

Okej, det var allt för denna gång! Jag återkommer med fler roliga frisyrtips då och då de kommande månaderna. Jag hoppas att ni alla deltar i tävlingen så att jag får en chans att hänga med er i Augusti! Whoop!

Since WOW isn’t just a festival filled with great music but also a mecca for festival fashion lovers, I’ve already begun to brainstorm some different looks. In hair-way, loose braids is really hot at the moment. These pics are from when I tried a style with very thin loose 90’s inspired braids that almost melts into the hair in a discrete but cool way. Usually I have problem with getting the braids to remain throughout the day, especially at a festival where you just want to jump around and dance. Well, this time this won’t be a problem! I have been using got2b’s “Made for mess” collection, and I’m completely in love with it. The products makes the hair “sticky” and easy to work with without making it look frizzy or making it stiff. Big like!

Fashionweek dag två är här, vilket även råkar vara veckans viktigaste dag för mig. Idag är det nämligen dags för Stylight Awards-galan, där jag som ni vet är nominerad. Innan det är dags att glida in på röda mattan (haha) så har jag nöjet att bli stylad på salong, så just nu sitter jag och kikar på lite inspiration att ta med till stylisterna.

Fashion Week day two is here, which also happens to be the week’s most important day for me. Today it’s time for the Stylight Awards Gala, which I, as you know, is nominated in. Before it’s time to enter the red carpet (haha), I have the pleasure to get styled at a salon, so right now I’m looking at some inspiration to bring to the stylists.

EYES
1. Bright red eyeshadow. I really love this shade! Especially with nude lips. 2. 100% natural eyes. 3. Heavy black with focus on the lover lashes.

LIPS
1. Glossy glossy! 2. Brown lips! I’ve really started to like that, even though I haven’t tried it myself yet! 3. GLITTER!

HAIR
1. Glittery outgrowth. 2. Pastel hair (with temporary color). 3. A messy hairdo with made with pins.

Yo kompisar! I samarbete med Wella har jag fått uppdraget att recensera deras nya oil reflections collection. Något som passar mig utmärkt då mitt hår definitivt är i behov av att återfuktas efter alla blekningar och silverschampo-behandlingar jag utsatt det för det senaste året.
Denna serie har tagits fram som en förlängning av Wellas Luxe Oil, som ni sedan tidigare vet att jag är ett fan av. Produkterna innehåller till exempel macadamia-olja, avocado-olja och extrakt från vitt te. Jag har använt detta kit i drygt en vecka och so far är jag supernöjd, lämnade hårinpackningen i håret i ett par timmar igårkväll och vaknade upp med superglansigt hår idag. Det bästa med dessa produkter är att de är så pass billiga att det inte behöver vara en så stor investering att köpa hem dem. Vanligtvis tycker jag att bra fuktighetsgivande hårprodukter kan dra iväg rejält pris-mässigt. Har ni frågor är det bara att hojta!

Yo guys! In collaboration with Wella I have been asked to review their new oil reflections collection. Of course I said yes- that suits me perfectly as my hair definitely is thirsting for moisture and shine after all the bleaching and silver shampoo treatments I exposed it for the past year.
This series has been developed as an extension of the Wella Luxe Oil, as you already know I’m a big fan of (remember?). The products contain a lot of nice stuff; everything from macadamia oil and avocado oil to extracts of white tea. I’ve used this kit in just over a week now and so far I am super happy with it, I left the hair mask in the hair for a few hours last night and woke up with super shiny hair today. The best thing about these products is that they are so affordable that it’s not really an investment to buy them, still they have that special saloon feeling. I usually find that good moisturizing haircare products are pretty overpriced, so these ones are a great option.

Det är dags för mitt sista inlägg i samarbete med Lacoste fragances. Eftersom jag parades ihop med doften “NATURAL”, vilket verkligen är något jag vill och kan identifiera mig med, handlar detta inlägg om min syn på en naturlig livsstil. Under sommardagarna i Berlin för ett år sedan då jag hängde med lacoste-teamet så intervjuade de mig under arbetets gång. Nu i efterhand har jag fått ta del av svaren, så jag tänker att jag helt enkelt delar dem med er:

What does a NATURAL lifestyle mean to you?

A natural life means being close to the nature, keeping your feet on the ground. It means listening to your body and your natural needs and trying to not get obsessed with material things.

How do you describe natural Beauty?
Natural beauty is a result of a natural lifestyle. When you’re able to let go of social media’s illusions of “perfect looks” and you can focus on being grateful for everything your body gives you just by being healthy.

What are you three tips for getting in a NATURAL mood?
– Hang out with animals. There’s no better way to get down on earth.
– Work out. There’s something very “back to basic” animalistic with letting your body work and pushing your limits.
– Take a walk in the forest and smell all the amazing fragrances, like pine wood, moss and forest flowers.

What are your tips for living a NATURAL lifestyle?
Try to live in the moment as much as possible, make a habit of taking little pauses un life where you just shut off all thoughts about work, relationships, future and focus on your mind and your body.

It’s time for my last post in collaboration with Lacoste fragances. Since I was paired with the fragrance “NATURAL”, which really is something I want and can relate myself to, this post about my thoughts on a natural lifestyle.
During the summer days in Berlin a year ago when I was hanging out with the Lacoste team, they interviewed me during the work. A few weeks ago they actually sent me the answers, so I decided to share some of them with you (above) in this post. What are your thoughts on a natural lifestyle?

John Frieda Lightening shampoo, Lightening Conditioner and Lightening treatment

När jag var på denna plåtning för några veckor sedan snackade jag lite med hårstylisten Andreas från John Frieda om dessa produkter. Någon vecka fick jag tag i ett par flaskor att prova hemma, och jag måste säga att jag är mycket nöjd såhär långt! Jag är ju lite smått besatt av att bleka bort alla pigment ur mitt hår, men efter att ha rådgjort med x antal frisörer har jag sakta börjat inse att bleka håret mer vore en dum idé. Dessa produkter ska däremot ljusa upp stråna på ett mer skonsamt sätt- utan peroxider. Dessutom kostar dessa tuber knappt 12 euros, alltså en bråkdel av vad ett frisörbesök skulle gå på- så varför inte? Jag har använt dem i två veckor och tycker mig ana en skillnad redan nu, blir spännande att se vad framtiden har att komma med! Puss!

When I was at this photo shoot a few weeks ago I talked a little with the hair stylist Andreas Wild from John Frieda about these products. A week later I got hold of a few bottles to try at home, and I must say I’m very pleased so far! I’m a little bit obsessed with reducing the pigments of my hair, but after consulting with x number of hairdressers I’ve slowly started to realize that bleaching the hair more would be a bad idea. The Highlight Activating Shampoo and Conditioner from John Frieda will however make your blonde color shine brighter in a gentle way, without peroxides. I’m also especially a fan of the in-shower lightening treatment. You use it like a normal hair mask, and the treatment just takes 5 minutes. In addition, these fellas cost just under 12 euros, a fraction of what a hairdresser visit would cost, so why not? I’ve used them for two weeks and think I sense a difference already, I’m excited to see what the future has to bring. Kiss!
