30 DAYS OF KARMA

Hej kompisar!

Lovar!

Hey guys! Hope you’re having a lovely and sunny tuesday!
Today’s topic is Karma. I’ve always been a pretty serious believer when it comes to Karma, so I want to devote this post to write about a really cool thing; Ritual’s campaign “30 days of Karma”.
30 days of Karma is a celebration of the new summer limited edition collection The Ritual of Karma. In this month they challenge their fans to do good, because then: good will come your way. Karma is about the cycle of cause and effect and we believe that by challenging yourself to do good, both to yourself and to others, physically and mentally, good things will meet your path.

I know some of you think this is silly but I think it’s a really good way to see life. Today is day 4 of the campaign and i want to devote this day to something maaany people forget: doing good isn’t just about being kind to others, it’s also about being kind to yourself. That’s why I want to focus on getting some me-time today: Sometimes silence is the best answer – Spoil yourself with a good old pamper session with the Ritual of Karma products. Give your skin a nice scrub, shower oil and my favorite- the shower foam that feels like massaging your body with a cloud, haha. Personally, I decided to spoil myself with a slow 10 km morning run and a long shower this morning. The shower foam really reminds me of when I played with dad’s shaving foam when I was a kid, haha, in a good way. Plus the smell of Lotus and Bergamot makes me so calm.

When you’re good to yourself psychically and mentally, it shows of from the inside and outside. Promise!

    Hey, Ebba!

Great photos, as always. I remember you said in a previous post that you have been struggling with lack of productivity/focus last year. I think this is a prevalent issue of our generation, as I find myself struggling with the same. I am doing baby steps, like trying to acquire the discipline of following a sports class or getting small steps towards completing my work, but I feel I have changed from a highly-focused/productive person to someone who struggles to get 1h/day of work done. Would you mind sharing with us some insights regarding the same issue? And perhaps write a post? It would be so so so helpful, relateable and most likely inspiring for us to know how you handled it, how you overcome it, tips & tricks.

    Thank you a lot!

    Rox (following you since 2012)
