AHOY! Nu åker jag och Gnusse till Berchtesgaden för att vandra i berg, åka båt och bara vara utomhus så stor del av dygnet det bara går. Fy tusan vad peppigt. Har fixat inlägg åt er men lämnar kamera och datorn hemma (läs: inte mobilkameran såklart) för dessa dagar vill jag bara tänka på annat än jobb. PUSS!

AHOY! Now Gnusse and I are off to Berchtesgaden to hike in the mountains, go with boat and just be outdoors as much of the days as possible. Yeihaaaaa. I’ve made posts for you the whole stay but I’ll leave the camera and the computer at home (ehh not the iphone camera of course!) because when I’m there I just want to think about everything but work. xx

Haha vad fasen! VARFÖR kan jag aldrig lära mig hantera silverschampo? Tänker alltid att det inte kommer göra någon skillnad om jag inte låter det sitta i liiiite till, och plötsligt har åtta timmar passerat och istället för vara isblond har jag lila hår. Detta har upprepats kanske fem gånger sedan jag blev blond, och upprepades alltså åter igen för ett par dagar sedan. Så nu ser jag ut såhär! Oh well, nästa gång kanske jag äntligen lärt mig av mina misstag…

Haha wtf! Why can’t I ever learn how to handle silver shampoo? I always think that it won’t make any difference if I don’t leave it in a liiiittle longer, and suddenly eight hours have passed and instead of icy blond I have purple hair. This has been repeated like five times since I became blond, and once again a couple of days ago. So now I look like this! Oh well, maybe next time I’ll succeed …

Fick en riktigt tropisk start på veckan idag. Nu ska jag kötta jobb i två dygn och sedan åker jag till alperna för att njuta av naturen. Berätta mer om besöket på Tropical Islands sen! Puss!

Got a really tropical start to the week today. Now I’ll bury myself in work for two days and then go to the Alps to enjoy the nature. I’ll tell you more about the visit to Tropical Islands later! xx

So long chilly November weather! Now Fanny and I get on the bus to Tropical Islands, a tropical complex in a giant cupol in the outskirts of Berlin. I’ll be back with a small review later!

Please introduce yourself: who are you, how old are you and whats your blog all about?
My name is Ebba Zingmark, I’m a 20 year old blogger/social media influencer from the north of Sweden. Since a year back I’m based in Berlin. My blog is a typical fashion-lifestyle blog, it’s about everything from food, personal thoughts and traveling but with a focus on fashion.

Since when are you blogging and how has your blog developed since its start?
I’ve been blogging since I was 14, so it has been 6 years now. Time flies! My blog has definitely developed since the start, at first it was mainly about photography but then it developed to a fashion-lifestyle blog by time.

What is your goal with the blog?
Just being able to have a platform for my creativity, get response and connect with other creative people.

How do you monetize it?
How I run my blog? Well, there’s a lot of time spent in front of the computer screen and the camera. My sister is my right hand: she’s helping me to handle everything from economy to photography.

How do you handle postings for brands with the goal to advertise its products?
The good thing about the commercialization of the blogging business is that it’s easy to live from your blog without having to represent brands you don’t like. We bloggers gets so many offers these days that it gives us the luxury of getting to be really picky.

Bloggers get more and more buyable. Whats your opinion on this?
There’s ads everywhere- in magazines, sports, TV and so on. But in blogs it’s hand picked by a person, which makes it more authentic. I do think we have to get better at marking which posts are sponsored and not, our readers deserve to know that (even if it’s products the blogger would use and recommend without getting paid for it).

Who are your idols?
Oh I don’t know. Lena Dunham and Stella McCartney are two amazing role models!

What are your future plans?
To be honest I have no idea- that’s both scary and exciting.

Här är några snabba snapshots från när gnusse och jag gjorde ett spontant besök på djurparken som ligger bara någon station från vår nya lägenhet. Fick så himla dåliga bilder på grund av mörkret, men nu visar jag er några stycken i alla fall, haha.
På något magiskt sätt lyckas jag alltid bosätta mig i närheten av djur. Det är lika bra att jag skaffar årskort så jag kan säkra min livsnödvändiga dos av djur-gos.

Here are some quick snapshots from when gnusse and I made a spontaneous visit to the zoo which is just one station away from our new apartment. Didn’t get any good pics because of the dark, but whatever, i’ll show you some anyway, haha.
In some magical way, I always manage to live at areas with a lot of of animals, haha. I guess I might as well get a year ticket so I can make sure I get my vital dose of animal-cuddle.

(självklart tycker jag att det finns mycket att diskutera kring djurparker=vinstdrivande företag med inburade djur som koncept. Men måste säga att detta kändes som en rätt schysst park)

(of course I think there’s much to discuss regarding zoos= profit companies with caged animals as concept. But must say that that the animals in this seemed to be pretty healthy and happy)
