För fem dagar sedan gick jag upp snortidigt för att cykla genom snöstormen till denna fantastiska industri-lokal. Jag har nämligen inlett ett spännande långtidssamarbete med G-star och i tisdags var det dags att plåta några första kampanjbilder.
Five days ago, I got up early to bike through the snowstorm to this amazing industrial location. I’ve started an exciting long-term collaboration with G-star and last Tuesday it was time to shoot some first campaign images.
Vi hade svingod vegansk catering hela dagen. Älskar personen som ordnade det. Det är så skönt att jobba i större produktioner där det finns någon som anlitats för varje detalj.
We had delicious vegan catering all day. I love whoever arranged that. It’s so nice to work in larger productions where there’s someone hired for every detail.
Styling- check! Fick en lätt make och glammiga lockar till min första look med vita brallor och svart tisha. Jag lägger aldrig mascara på underfransarna (har aldrig förstått hur det är möjligt att bära mascara på underfransarna utan att bli svart under ögonen) så det känns alltid lite ovant när stylister ibland lägger det.
Styling- check! I got a light make up and cute curls for my first look with white jeans and black tee. I never apply mascara on my lower lashes (I find it completely impossible to paint the lower lashes without getting black color under the eyes after a while) so it always feels a little strange when stylists paint them, haha.
Jag tyckte att det var kul att en stor del av plåtningen bestod av gruppbilder. Det är alltid spännande att anpassa sina poser till de andra i bilden, att man kan hämta inspiration av varandra om man blir osäker på nästa pose.
I thought it was fun that a big part of the shoot consisted of group pictures. It’s always exciting to adjust my poses to the others in the picture, and to be able to get inspiration from each other if I don’t know how to pose next.
Jag älskar att hänga bakom kameran, kika igenom bilderna och iaktta ljus, foto, styling, projektledare och assistenter jobba ihop. Speciellt ljus-sättandet är en jättespännande process tycker jag, på detta set hade vi massor av olika strålkastare, blixtar och reflexskärmar som alla spelade en viktig roll för resultatet. I love to sneak in among the crew behind the camera, look through the pictures and watch light, photo, styling, project managers and assistants work together. I especially find light-setting to be a very interesting process, on this set we had lots of different lights, flashes and reflex screens that all played an important role for the result. Itzzz a science.

Nästan hela teamet efter en LÅNG dags fotande och filmande. Trötta och glada! Tänk vad många personer det kan behövas för att producera ett gäng bilder på en grupp ungdomar som chillar avslappnat i en industrilokal iklädda fräscha denim-plagg, va!
(Almost) the whole team after a LONG day’s shooting and filming. I think we all were really tired but happy! Who knew you need these many people to produce a bunch of pictures of a group of young adults chilling in an old industry wearing cool denim clothes, huh! Haha.
